Hi I'm Connie. So glad you're here!
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals from all walks of life on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
My path as a mental health clinician began in Florida, where I worked in dual diagnosis addiction and mental health treatment, as well as eating disorder recovery. These formative experiences deepened my respect for the complexity of the human experience—and the resilience people bring to the process of change.
Over the years, I’ve served in a variety of roles, including Clinical Director, Program Director, Clinical Mental Health Qualified Supervisor, and Psychotherapist. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups across multiple levels of care—from residential and partial hospitalization to intensive outpatient, community mental health, and private practice. Each setting, each story, and each person has shaped the way I practice today.
Before entering the clinical world, I worked in corporate America at a Fortune 500 company—an experience that gave me firsthand insight into the high-pressure environments many of my clients navigate every day.
I’m especially passionate about helping high-achieving women reconnect with their inner strength, break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome, and feel more grounded, empowered, and joyful in their lives.
